Delegation of EU visiting Serbian Progressive Party

In March we will be in Brussels to continue these conversations. It is obvious that the EU representatives know very well that if they want Serbian citizens to support Serbia's efforts to be in the EU, they have to talk to the representatives of all relevant political parties. SPP believes that the economic and social development of the state is only condition that Serbia should fulfill, and that is to acquire and order the state in such way that it can acquire the status of a negotiating candidate and even within a shorter period to become a member of the EU. I think these turbulences in the Serbian political life caused by the SPP haven’t endangered Serbia's orientation towards the EU but made it easier as it is now clear that even in the case of changing of government after the elections, for the first time Serbia's attitude towards accession, towards entry to EU will not be altered.
